You can cancel a QS Travels booking any time by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp. Charges depend on how close to the pickup time you cancel.
Cancellation charges
- More than 12 hours before pickup: No cancellation charges. Any advance paid is fully refundable.
- Between 4 – 12 hours before pickup: 25% of the estimated fare is charged.
- Less than 4 hours before pickup: 50% of the estimated fare is charged.
- No-show at pickup: 100% of the estimated fare is charged.

Share your booking ID with our team on WhatsApp or call our support number. You will receive a written cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation by QS Travels
In rare cases (breakdown, driver unavailability, force majeure) we may need to cancel a booking. In such cases the full amount paid is refunded and, wherever possible, an alternate vehicle is arranged.
