These Terms govern your use of the QS Travels website and cab booking services. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation on call, SMS or WhatsApp from our team. Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
2. Fares & payments
- Fares shown are estimates based on route, distance and vehicle type.
- Extra kilometres, night charges, toll, parking and state permits (if applicable) are billed separately.
- Payment can be made via cash, UPI or online transfer as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Passenger conduct
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, illegal substances or any activity that endangers the driver or vehicle is strictly prohibited. Damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger is chargeable.
4. Driver & vehicle
Vehicles are operated by verified drivers. QS Travels reserves the right to change the assigned vehicle or driver to an equivalent option in case of breakdown or emergency.
5. Delays & force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, government orders or any event beyond our control.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
